Sayuri, meaning ‘little lily’ in Japanese, represents our soft, rich, and floral sake. As a nigori sake, Hakutsuru Sayuri Nigori Sake is coarsely filtered, resulting in a smooth, milky appearance and a creamy mouthfeel, ideal for dessert pairings.
